Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation name if provided, selected review focus, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Engagement work may involve business contact details of your staff that you supply for interviews.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain client records. Engagement contact details are processed to deliver contracted identity and access management reviews. Where required under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we rely on legitimate interests in operating our practice, contractual necessity, or consent for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Contract and engagement records are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data, if enabled after consent, is retained according to the cookie durations listed in our cookie notice.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Client evidence obtained during reviews is handled under separate confidentiality terms in the statement of work.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in South Africa. If a processor stores data outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection consistent with POPIA, including contractual safeguards.
Your rights

Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and need-to-know limits for engagement materials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive identity exports through the public enquiry form.
