Prices below are starting points for typical South African environments. Final figures follow a scoping call that counts directories, critical applications, and interview load.

How estimates are built
We quote a fixed fee once scope is clear. Day rates apply only when you ask for open-ended advisory alongside a campaign. Deposits are invoiced on acceptance of the proposal; the balance is due on delivery of the final report or workshop, whichever closes the engagement.
Travel within the Cape Town metro is included for scoped on-site days. Flights and overnight stays for other provinces are billed at cost with prior approval.
